We have a discount at the public car park “Plaza Cataluña”. The entrance is in the square itself and is located just a few minutes from the hotel. The rates, with the discount applied, for 24h and 48h are 25,00€ and 44,00€ respectively. As this is an external company, parking rates may vary.

When you arrive at the hotel you will have to give us the ticket generated by the car park so that we can apply the discount. We inform you that it is not necessary to pay anything at the car park.

We have a private ford in front of the hotel with capacity for 1 car. You can use it to unload your luggage.

We do not have breakfast service but you can enjoy a free coffee machine, teas and minibar 24 hours a day.

Bookings, cancellations and modifications
If you wish to modify a flexible booking made directly with us, you can make the change online using the confirmation email you received when you made the booking, where you will find a link to your booking profile.

If you have not booked directly with us, you will have to contact the agency/website in charge.
We remind you that the Non-Refundable rates do not admit modifications, cancellations or refunds.
We have both refundable and non-refundable rates.
If you book the NON-Refundable rate you cannot cancel or modify and 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

cancellation/modification can be made. For example: if you book a rate with free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival with check-in on 10 January, you can change or cancel your booking up to 23:59 hrs on the 4th of
In case of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation.
In case of NO SHOW the establishment will charge 100% of your stay.
We accept transfers as a method of payment only for corporate and group bookings.
All our bookings require a credit card. The system will encrypt your card to ensure its security.
You can pay for your booking in cash, by credit or debit card: Mastercard, Visa, Amex. Companies can pay by bank transfer on request.
From 3 rooms upwards will be considered as a group booking.
They have special policies (rates, cancellation conditions and payment methods) that will be adapted to each request according to your needs.

Our reception opening hours are from 08:00 to 16:00h.
Our doors are equipped with the latest technology. If we know that you are going to arrive later than 16:00, our team will contact you by phone and send you a message either by whatsapp, email or sms with the necessary codes to open the entrance door and your room door. Check in can be done the next day during reception hours or via the link you will receive before your arrival.
We have a 24-hour emergency number for our guests, we have several hotels and people available to respond quickly to any incident and to come to you if you need help.
Air conditioning / heating
All our rooms have air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
In order to be as ecofriendly as possible, we have implemented a system that switches off the device when the window is opened.
We do not have a bar as such. You can order wine, beer, water, soft drinks and more from 08:00 to 22:00 at reception. Please ask for prices*. You can also use the coffee machines 24 hours a day, as well as the minibar in the room free of charge.
Check in and Check out
Check in is from 15:00h and check out is at 12:00h.
Check in time is from 15:00h, however, if your room is ready when you arrive at reception, you will be able to check in immediately. If the room is not available, you can leave your luggage at reception.
It is subject to occupancy on the day of check out as the room must be ready for the next guest’s arrival. Please ask at reception on the day of departure.
Late check out may not exceed 14:00h. If you need the room after 14:00 hrs you must book the following night.
For those who book directly with us no extra charges apply.
Please request a cot free of charge for children up to 2 years old.
If the selected room is priced differently for one person than for two, the rate will be changed to a 2-person rate.
If you change from 2 to 3 people, you can change your booking to a triple room or add an extra bed in the double room.
Extra beds are charged with a supplement of 30€.
It is not possible to add an extra bed in all room types. It is therefore necessary to inform the establishment in advance.
The hotel does not have connecting rooms, but you can request adjoining rooms or rooms on the same floor (subject to availability).
All our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You can choose a room with a balcony or terrace for this purpose.

Yes, the price shown on the reservation is the total price to be paid. You do not have to pay anything else unless you have added any extras afterwards.
We do not have the option of booking by the hour. If you need the room for a few hours, you must book it for a full day.
Yes (all rooms have a shower).
You can leave your luggage at reception until the reception desk closes. You can also use the facilities for the rest of the day.
Please inform reception so that they can change your billing details and send you the invoice in your company’s name.
Unfortunately we do not have the infrastructure for this but we will be happy to recommend nearby facilities.
We do not have a laundry service. Please ask at reception about nearby laundrettes.
